Join me, Tom Corless, and a cast including Scott Smith, Anthony Yacullo, Justin Heyman, Jose Castillo, and Luke Manning for a variety show that celebrates the Walt Disney World Resort and its many fans. So what are you waiting for? Let’s celebrate another week of Walt Disney World information and fun on the WDW News Today Podcast!!!
To kick off episode 97, we have your Walt Disney World Resort News and Rumor Report. In this latest report, we will be discussing a building feud between Walt Disney World President Meg Crofton and Disneyland Resort President Ed Grier, a new living character that will be debuting soon at Disney’s Hollywood Studios, and how you can get your tickets to the ultimate Disney Fan Experience.
Following that, we’ll have the final edition of “What were they thinking?”, where we try to examine why certain decisions are or were made by Walt Disney World management. This time around, we’ll try to figure out why Fantasmic! stopped running nightly once the American Idol Experience moved into Disney’s Hollywood Studios beginning in January 2009.
Town Square Talk is also back this week, highlighting the hottest topics around our WDWNT Network of websites and podcasts. On this trip down Main Street WDWNT, we’ll have all the details on some new segments coming to the WDW News Today Podcast, some new videos now available on the WDWNTube video site, and we’ll let you in on our latest, biggest, and most exciting project in our two year history.
