WDWNT Episode 118 (11/9/09) – Enhanced Edition

An enhanced podcast is a podcast with added features that standard podcasts do not have. Enhanced podcasts include advancements such as Chapter listings, this allows you to skip through segments or see all of the contents of this show. Enhanced podcasts also contain images allowing you to differ the chapters by or actually see a picture of what the podcaster is talking about. Enhanced podcasts have only one negative feature, you can not play them on most basic mp3 players. The file format for an Enhanced Podcast file is .m4a, which can play on an Apple iPod or a Microsoft Zune. If you need or would like a standard show, download the normal edition listed below this file. We hope you enjoy this WDWNT Network Enhanced podcast.

Join me, Tom Corless, and a cast including Justin Heyman, Jason Diffendal, Brandon Struve, and Scott Smith for a variety show that celebrates the Walt Disney World Resort and its many fans. So what are you waiting for? Let’s celebrate another week of information and fun on the WDW News Today Podcast!!!

To kick off this week’s show, we have your Walt Disney World Resort News and Rumor Report. In this week’s report, we’ll be discussing more details concerning “A Totally Tomorrowland Christmas!” at the Magic Kingdom, the earliest start in event history for the 2010 Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival, and the imminent introduction of the mobile magic application for Verizon Wireless customers.

Following the report, we’ll play another audio adventure from Brandon Struve, this time featuring some audio from the Jungle Cruise attraction at the Magic Kingdom, including some interesting changes to the skipper scripts.

Finally, to wrap up this week’s show, we have another edition of “The World’s Finest”. In our continuing effort to find the best of Walt Disney World in each and every category, we’ll be trying to decide what is truly the best Disney Value Resort in all of the Vacation Kingdom.
